Organisational design plays an important role in shaping the levels of financial capability an organisation can reach. A well designed organisation has clarity and fit between strategy and outcomes; people are enabled and work flows smoothly through the organisation.

The organisation can accommodate, anticipate and respond to change effectively and realise maximum benefits as opportunities arise.

Colleagues at the Department of Work & Pensions have undertaken a great deal of work in this area.
